Service Description

At the beginning of a tenancy, we will prepare a comprehensive check-in report for the landlord. Unlike an inventory report, the check-in report details the condition of the property on the tenant's move-in day. Our accredited clerks will compile a thorough inventory of the property, documenting the condition of each room and its fittings. This report will include a detailed list of appliances and their conditions, as well as a record of all keys, permits, and other relevant items handed over to the tenant. Additionally, our clerks will take and document all meter readings, and where appropriate, include photographs in the report. The clarity and detail of the check-in report are crucial, as it will serve as a reference for the check-out report at the end of the tenancy and can be used as evidence in any legal disputes with the tenant.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the booking fee (plus applicable taxes) will be forfeited. To avoid any charges, kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance.
